Return

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must remain attached to the cardboard backing at the base and be enclosed in the original plastic sleeve. To start the return or exchange process, please visit our Return/Exchange Center and submit your request. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the return address. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, as we do not provide prepaid shipping labels. Ensure the packaging is not folded and ship the item back in the original box to maintain its natural shape. Shipping FAQs

We provide three UPS shipping options:

  1. Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): $20
  2. 2-Day Express (2 business days): $35
  3. Overnight/Next Day Air (1 business day): $50

Cut-off Time: 

Orders received by 12pm MDT, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm MDT on weekdays will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm MDT on Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Carrier:

 All our shipments are handled through UPS. We dispatch from Southern Utah.

Fees: 

Our shipping and processing fees encompass the processing, handling, packing, and delivery of your order.

International Shipping: 

Bombshell Extension Co. offers worldwide shipping. To ship outside the US, simply click the 'map icon' on the top right corner of the screen to change to your country's currency.
