Return

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Extensions must be unworn, unopened, and in original packaging with the hygiene seal fully intact.

    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Due to the hygienic nature of our products, used or tampered extensions cannot be returned.

 

To request a return, please email us at hair@theextensionxnikki.com with your order number.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

    •    Shipping fees and any promotional discounts used are non-refundable.

    •    If your return does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back to you without refund.
 

Exchange

Need a different shade or length? We offer hassle-free exchanges!

    •    Exchanges are eligible if the original product is unopened and unused.

    •    Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To begin an exchange, email us at hair@theextensionxnikki.com with your order number and requested change.


 

Shipping for returns/Exchange

    •    Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

    •    Once approved, we will send you the correct shipping address to return your items.
 

Shipping FAQs

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

 

Will I receive tracking info?

Yes, tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

We provide three UPS shipping options:

  1. Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): $20
  2. 2-Day Express (2 business days): $35
  3. Overnight/Next Day Air (1 business day): $50.
